4. Material & Quality
We ensure the use of quality materials as per project requirements.
Any changes in material specifications requested by the client may affect cost and timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide clear site access and necessary approvals.
Timely decisions and approvals are required to avoid delays.
6. Changes & Modifications
Any design or scope changes during execution must be documented and approved.
Such changes may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
7. Safety & Compliance
We follow standard safety practices during construction.
All work is carried out in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
8. Liability Limitation
M/S Shree Ram Construction shall not be liable for delays or damages caused due to factors beyond our control, including natural events or third-party issues.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract under agreed conditions.
Payments for completed work up to the termination date must be cleared.
10. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
